UPPER PENINSULA RESIDENCE

UPPER PENINSULA, MICHIGAN

This new residence in a private lake community was designed as a retirement home and a gathering place for family and friends. The home and attached garage are  oriented parallel to  the lake shore, allowing all the principal rooms  to take advantage of the beautiful lake views.  The exterior colors blend seamlessly with the surrounding trees, while log details create a timeless feel. The interiors blend rustic textures with  elegant details to create an atmosphere befitting of a permanent residence in a secluded setting.

A tranquil lake at sunset, viewed through trees, with a wooden dock crafted from natural materials. Two empty Adirondack chairs sit on the dock, facing the peaceful scene—perfect for enjoying a serene lake home retreat.
