NORTH WOODS LAKE HOME

GRAND RAPIDS, MINNESOTA

The client’s goal for their new home was to create a life-long home and gathering space for their family and friends on a northern Minnesota lake. Albertsson Hansen created a design based on traditional residential forms with a variety of outdoor spaces sited to enjoy the property. A generously sized, first level family room and second level recreation room are located in the center of the plan providing sweeping views of the lake, while connecting bedrooms and service spaces of the house.
