Nicolle earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience specializing in large-scale market-rate and affordable multifamily residential and student housing projects. She has traveled extensively, visiting many of the world’s prominent architectural sites, which inspires her approach to design. A licensed architect and member of the USGBC Minnesota Market Leadership Advisory Board, Nicolle is passionate about creating thoughtful, sustainable designs that enhance quality of life, nurture communities, foster education, and inspire a connection to the natural environment. She brings extensive knowledge of sustainable design, a curious and open mindset, and strong ties to the local building community, striving to leave a positive, lasting impact on both people and the planet.
