FOXFORD TRANSFORMATION

CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA

This 1990s suburban home needed an updated kitchen that better connected to the outdoors. Located on a beautiful, wooded lake lot in the southwest metro area, this project expanded the main kitchen and family room while adding a new screened-in porch to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. The kitchen is supported by a walk-in pantry, mudroom, laundry room, and half bath, which serve as functional backstage areas, complete with a custom-built dog kennel. A large buffet and bar cabinet separates the original dining room and living room from the new kitchen and family area, designed to match the existing cabinetry.
