At the end of the Design Development phase, we will typically prepare a set of drawings for preliminary pricing by one or more general contractors. Preliminary pricing is then analyzed both to help select a contractor and to confirm or revise scope and budget. Once a contractor is selected, they can work with us to assist in providing pricing on any necessary revisions.
