Other people said it wasn't worth it to take this house on, but this project testifies that bigger isn't always better. This house is about how good design and high-quality maintenance can provide great value, even on a small house on a very small lot.

Portfolio | Yellow Bungalow

Remodeling, Minneapolis, MN. This project was an interior remodeling on a shoestring budget. On a tiny 40x40 foot lot, the challenge was to us the available land to create privacy and gardens that added to the community feel of the neighborhood. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt using recycled cabinets, low voc paints, linoleum flooring, and stone countertops.
